EFEKTA Real Estate Fund is a Czech investment fund focused on real estate investments across Central Europe. Real estate funds pool investors’ capital, enabling them to participate in returns generated by multi-billion real estate assets even with lower initial investments.

If the investment is held for more than three years, the sale of securities is exempt from income tax for individuals.
Funds are subject to supervision by the fund administrator, depositary, auditor, and the Czech National Bank.
The preparation of new projects and properties prior to acquisition by the fund takes many months and is carefully assessed from financial, legal, and operational perspectives.
Funds are invested in projects held through individual SPVs, over which the fund, or its manager, maintains control.
