Property Management

Comprehensive property and facility management of the Fund’s assets is provided by Real Estate Facility Management a.s., part of the DRFG Investment Group. The purpose of property and facility management is to ensure the technical administration and efficient operation of the properties, leasing of commercial premises, provision of administrative and financial support, and ongoing communication with tenants. These activities have a material impact on the value of the properties and, consequently, on the Fund’s performance.

Real Estate Facility Management currently manages dozens of properties with more than 300 tenants across the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and Croatia. The portfolio primarily comprises retail parks, shopping centres and warehouse premises. The properties are occupied by well-known retail brands, including major grocery chains, drugstores, pharmacies, homeware retailers, pet centres, sporting goods stores, and discount fashion and footwear brands.
