Shopping Center Korzó
Nyíregyháze
The Shopping Center Korzó, with almost 19 thousand square meters of leasable space, is located in Nyíregyháza. It was opened in 2008 and is a key regional shopping hub in northeastern Hungary. The Korzó center consists of two buildings with four floors and a parking lot with a capacity of almost 640 parking spaces. The center has a diverse mix of tenants from international chains to local brands such as Spar, dm, Hervis, New Yorker, Douglas, Pepco, KIK and Deichmann. Daily traffic is around 10 thousand people and the occupancy rate is 95 percent.
